The provided graph illustrates jobs in the USA and prognoses for the future from 1975 until 2025.
Overall, there is a significant surge in services, however, the opposite is true for agriculture, but employment for services will be at the peak in the future. Turning into the graph for manufacturing it will be unchanged.
In 1975, agriculture was dominant compared to the services and manufacturing, which was 80 percent. On the other hand, the figure for manufacturing and services initially experienced a steady increase from around 20 percent but then it became to rise sharply in 1979. Especially, the figure for manufacturing could not maintain this increase observing a sharp decline in 1980, also this decline will continue until 2025 hovering approximately at 21 percent.
When it comes to the jobs rate for services and agriculture they observed major changes but their graphs were opposite, agriculture is showing a decrease, while employment for services is experiencing a soar. Firstly, agriculture jobs were at the peak than services and manufacturing but it could not save its dominance, demonstrating a significant fall from roughly 1978 to 1979. It will then also decrease if we look at the prognosis in 2025. In contrast, employment for the services will face a surge until 2025 becoming the highest dominant, when it comes to comparing with other jobs trends.
