Overall, it is immediately apparent that in the southern part of the map castle was transformed into hotel, and some facilities are erected near the road. In addition, in the northern side, new docks and ferries are added.

To begin, on the western side, extra showers&toilets zone is constructed, and also the biggest car park’s entrance has moved, now it is from the main road. Furthermore, fishing boats and marina exchanged their places. In the norther side, public beach is remained unchanged. However, one dock and one more passenger ferry were added.

Moreover, in 2000, at the bottom or the map was a public beach, but it is turned to a hotel’s private beach today. Meanwhile, the castle was modified into a hotel, and a narrow path was built, leading from the hotel to the road. Additionally, the lifeboat has not experienced any changes. In the centre of the Porth Harbour, near the lifeboat, there are new facilities, such as cafes and shops.
