The maps illustrate the position of harbour in 2000 and how it looks nowadays. The maps below will demonstrate the level of change from 2000.
Overall, most places from there are equipped and expanded. Some kind
of places remain unchanged, however, added more facilities such as showers, toilets, cafes & shops.
In 2000, the maps had a relatively simple layout. On the west side, on the map we see the main road and showers and toilets which are located next to car parks. Altogether, big facilities such as fishing boats and marina were in great places next to the car parks and showers. Moreover, on the eastern south side we can see the road to lifeboat and castle which is disused, and the beach for everyone.
In the present day the harbor’s layout was expanded and added new facilities. On the west side of the layout we see behind a small car park constructed a new place of showers & toilets and the facilities such as fishing boats and marine replaced each other. While, added the second dock on the north side, to expand the harbor. Consequently, on the eastern south, the cafes & shops built next to lifeboat, and other places such as castle converted to hotel, as well as the public beach converted to private beach only for hotel.
