The diagrams depict the levels of rainfall in millimeters and temperature in Celcius on average per month in one area of eastern Africa.
Overall, it is evident that the recordings of temperature fluctuate persistently, showing comparatively higher figures in spring and autumn seasons. Interestingly, in these two periods the region experiences a large amount of rainfall, especially during spring.
In terms of average temperature, it is clear that it never gets below 20 degrees Celcius throughout the whole year. The trend increases steadily from around 22 C in January to 23.5 by March. This is followed by a sharp decline in the next 4 months, plummeting to just under 21 C in July. Despite increasing to 23.5 by October, the temperature becomes cooler after the winter’s coming, going down to approximately 21.5 degrees.
When it comes to monthly rainfall, there is a comparable trend with the first graph. It can be noticed that there is little rainfall during January and February, showing approximately 19 millimeters. In spring, the amount sharply rises by April, hitting a peak at 24 mm. After that, the levels of rainfall decrease significantly, reaching 19 mm during the three summer months. In autumn, the level starts to grow again, rocketing to 21 millimeters in November, and then decreases to 19.5 mm by the last month.
