The provided graph and chart illustrate the average daily maximum and minimum temperatures in degrees Celsius and the average number of rainy days per month in two cities in Australia.
It is clear that the median temperatures in Brisbane are always higher than that of Canberra. At the same time, both cities have cooler temperatures in the middle of the year. In terms of the number of days with rainfall, Brisbane has more rainy days than Canberra, except the period from June to October.
In Brisbane, the maximum temperatures reach a peak of 30 degrees Celsius in February and then fall significantly to April. The figures experience a fluctuation before rising gradually to the initial level in the last month. Similarly, the minimum temperatures in Brisbane see a constant drop from January and hit the bottom of 10 degree Celsius in July and August. After that, the data recovers and reaches 20 degrees Celsius at the end of the year. Canberra has lower average temperatures but a similar tendency compared to Brisbane. Both the average maximum and minimum temperatures are recorded at their lowest in the mid-year period, declining from approximately 27 and 13 degrees Celsius to over 10 degrees Celsius and roughly 1 degree Celsius, respectively.
Regarding the number of rainy days, the figure is larger in the period from February to April, oscillating from 12 to14 days. The months with fewer days with rainfall are recorded at a minimum of 7 days. By contrast, in Canberra, the higher number of rainy days can be seen in the middle of the year, at between 8 and 10 days.
