The given bar and graph demonstrate the average monthly rainfall (millimeters) and temperature (°c) for one region of East Africa throughout the year.
Overall, the country faces the least amount of rainfall in July, which is also the month having the lowest temperature. In April, the country experiences the highest amount of rainfall with a very high temperature. The rainfall highly fluctuates in between the months of February and July. From July to September it remains stable but after that it rises again suddenly in October until December. The temperature gradually increases from January to March, while March having temperature at peak. After March, the temperature gradually decreases and falls at its lowest in July. For the rest of the months, it gradually rises till October and starts falling again in a moderate way.
The connection between temperature and rainfall is quite evident from this infographic. It is clear that the most amount of rainfall occurs when the temperature is high. For instance, July has the lowest temperature and it also faces the least amount of rainfall. In contrast, April has the highest amount of rainfall and it has the second highest temperature. In April, the ratio of rainfall is 30 times more than July, where the temperature in April is more than the double of July.
