The North America is the most affluent region, with over one-third proportion of global wealth and just over 5% population. This was followed closely by Europe, with 30% global wealth and 15% population, while Rich Asia-Pacific has nearly a quarter of global wealth and only 5% of world population.
By contrast, China is dominated the number of population in the world, with approximately 24%, and has a global wealth roughly 3%. Meanwhile, India and other Asia Pacific have population just over 15%, and global wealth less than 3%. Latin america and Caribean, along with africa, have populations and global wealth below 10%.
