Overall, in total, more and more people preferred to visit the Cinema in spite of some fluctuating tends. Furthermore, the teens were the ones who enjoyed it the most, while the oldest ones marked as the least.
Initially, attending a Cinema was the most popular among those aged 14-24 years old, with 90% of them going there at least one time per year. Contrastingly, the oldest bracket was less to visit it, signifying a rate of less than half of the former one, whereas two of the rest figures made up similar proportions at around 60%. In the following few years, the one for the youngest group peaked at approximately 95%. Likewise, the three others signified increases, where the two in between almost comprising an equal rate.
In the second third of the periods, while its teenager attendees decreased minimally by roughly 5%, this rate levelled off for a considerably long period, along with the one for 35-49 surpassing those aged one group younger at nearly four-fifths. The percentage for the 50+ aged Australian consumers witnessed an oscillation throughout the 10 years to 2006. Eventually, three of the brackets inclined minimally except for those having an age of 25-34 years old.
