The line graph conveys data about the number of immigrants and emigrants in Canada during the time period between 2005 and 2015.

Overall, it is clearly seen that the vast majority of people came to Canada and this tendency rose during the whole period. In contrast the average rates of emigration and net migrations were two and three times less, respectively.

In terms of immigration and net migrations, the number of immigrants was 450 thousand in 2005 and rose to approximately 575 in 2009. Then, it fell slowly by merely 50 in the next year. During the rest years, this value varies between 550 and 600 at the end of the period. On the other hand, the rate of net migrations fluctuated from 150 to 200 in the entire period.

Regarding emigrations, the quantity of emigrants was 300 at the start of the period. After that, likewise as immigration, it increased by almost 100 in 2009. Ultimately, this number remained almost stable until the end of the period with several fluctuations between 370 and 400.
