The United States of America sold at the lowest price compared to remainings since 1994. USA stated selling for less than a dollar per kilogram at the beginning and continued to be the lowest even after a decade later. The price in USA become stable after 1999. In contrast, Japanse used to be pay the highest for the same fruit from 1990s to the 2000s nearly costing them 2$ per kilo. This amount was almost triple in the 1995 in comparsion to USA in the same period.
The cost of bananas in Germany initiated at almost 1.5$ and decline to almost 1$ at the end of the period. In the case of France was not constant and there were ups and downs.
