Overall London attracted the greatest level of investement in most years, While paris consistently recieved the decline. Investemnt in Tehran rose steadily over the period, whereas spending in Tokyo and Londom are declined.

In 2010 London invested about 20 million euros in upgrading public transpport network slightly more than the tokyo at 19 milllion euros while tehran allocated around 15 million euros and paris at lowest figure 8 million euros.

By 2015, investment had increased in Tokyo and London to about 23 million euros and 22 million euros respectively. Paris also saw a rise to approximately 12 million euros, whereas Tehran’s expenditure fell slightly to around 13 million euros.

In 2020, London reached its peak investment level of about 24 million euros, overtaking Tokyo, which spent around 20 million euros. Paris and Tehran invested roughly 9 million euros and 10 million euros respectively. By 2025, London still led with approximately 27 million euros, followed by Tokyo at about 22 million euros.
