Overall, the cities of Tokyo and London have spent a lot more money on investments. While Paris and Tehran have always spent less money.
Over the years, the amount of money had fluctuated in each city except for London, which kept increasing. In Tokyo, during the year 2010 it had approximately 18 million euros worth of investments, then reached its peak at about 23 million in 2015, afterwards, it declined to 20 million throughout 2020, then finally increased to around 22 million at 2025. Whereas in London it kept increasing, with 20 million in 2010 then climbed to about 23 million in 2015, then kept going to around 24 million in 2020, and finally peaked at approximately 27 million in the year 2025.
The amount of money spent in Paris was a lot lower than London and Tokyo. In the course of 2010 they spent about 8 million euros on investments, then it peaked to 12 million in 2015, then plummeted down to around 9 million, and finally increased to 10 million at 2025. On the other hand, Tehran climaxed during 2010 at 15 million euros then decreased to around 13 million euros in 2015 and kept declining at 2015 to a whopping 10 million, at last it increased to about 11 million in 2025.
