Practical knowledge was the most frequently mentioned aspect, accounting for 15% of responses, followed closely by communication skills at 14%. Understanding the industry was also a notable takeaway, cited by 10% of participants. Meanwhile, work operation, time management, career planning, and real work experience each comprised 7% of the responses, reflecting a balance between technical and soft skills.
On the other hand, teamwork (3%) and work environment awareness (4%) were the least frequently mentioned learning outcomes, indicating that collaborative and environmental aspects of the workplace were less emphasized during internships. Lastly, “Other” represented the largest portion (26%), suggesting that interns gained a variety of additional experiences beyond the predefined categories.
