Overall, consumers’ average annual expenditure on cell phones fluctuated but mostly increased about a decade from 2001 to 2010. Besides, consumers’ average once a year expenditure in the nation decreased significantly at the same. However, international fixed-line services remained stable.
From 2001 to 2010, consumers’ average annual expenditure on cell phones reached a peak above 700$. Nevertheless, the number of consumers’ average annual expenditure on international fixed-line services increased slightly about 100$ across the two years 2001 to 2003, decreased by 50$ after one month and remained stable from 2004 to 2010.
Between 2001 and 2002, consumers’ average annual expenditure on national fixed-line services increased with 100$ and soared with 600$ in 2002 and 2007, respectively. From 2007 to 2008, it remained stable above 600$. On the other hand, it continued to increase significantly, approximately 150$ next two years.
