The given line graph indicates the amount of air pollutants in the UK that generated from three different sources during 1900 and 2005.
It is obvious that all categories experienced downward trends except transport category. the least sources which generated air pollutants were households and transport at the beginning of the given period.
As can be seen, in 1900, both households and transport sources generated 1 million tones air pollutants in The UK which were the lowest amount among categories. Both sources relatively remained stable at around 1 million tones for 93 years. While, by 2005, households no longer produced air pollutants, and transport made up 3 million tones air pollutants.
On the other hand, two other sources witnessed similar trends. In 1900, total category produced 8 million tones air pollutants which was the highest amount among all sources, and both these sources decreased noticeably to 6 and 2 million tones respectively.
