The line chart given illustrate three different reasons of are pollutant consumption in the UK between 1990 and 2005,Including industry, transport and households.
Overall, it is obvious that all the numbers of consumption had a decreasing trend throughout the period while transport declined significantly.
In 1990,Industry was the largest sources in the UK.About five point five million tonnes,By contrast, after six years it dropped dramatically and falled to around three million tonnes in 1996.Then maintained a stable downward trend during the last nine years and finally decreased to two million tons in 2005.
Transport and households emitted relatively less air pollution in 1990.(Both one million tonnes). While the consumption of transport has remained on change for these fifteen years households experience different trends of decline and rise reaching one million tons in 1999 and then rapidly declining finally dropping to nine in 2005.
