According to the given graph, about 55% of men Employment compared to about 28% of women in 1995. After 10 years in 2005, both male and female increased to about 68% and 38% respectively. Switzerland had an highest employment rates for both the genders in 1995, as well as 2005. In 1995, around 65% of men and 55% of women increased to about 78% and 68% respectively after 10 years.
