Overall, it can be seen that, the employment participation rate of male is higher in Iceland while, New Zealand’s women has the lowest participation rate in terms of employment participations.

To begin with, initially in 1995 male participation rate was around 55 percent in Australia. After a decade the rate was increased by almost 10 percentage in Switzerland. Similarly, the Iceland’s was at 70% in the same year. However, the rate declined in Uk when the number was as similar as Australia in the beginning of year 1995.
