Overall, in 2005 male experienced a upward trend, while other showed an downward trend throughout the period. All countries employment rate had some fluctuations. Thus , female initially had a lower rate although the end of the period.

Male employment rate in 1995 was about 65% in Switzerland, being lower than Iceland .Then it rose to almost 6% in Iceland. The lowest employment rate in 1995 was approximately 55% in Britain . However , the figure shows a gradual increase in 2005 among all nations and continued to increase to the end of the period , reaching around 85% in Iceland and hitting a lowest point of about 68% in Australia.

Percentage of employment in females in 1995 was less than 30% in Australia. Suddenly it rose around 55% in Switzerland and then it fluctuates although the end of period.
