Overall, it is seen that men show greater interest for doing job in both years as compare to women.
Now, turning to the details in 1995 and 2005, male employment rates showed an increasing trend in Australia, Switzerland, and Iceland, at 55-69%, 65-79%, and 70-82%, respectively. In contrast, female employment rates fluctuated in all three countries, with figures of 28-39%, 58-69%, and 40-52%, correspondingly.
On the other hand, in year 2005 the UK, New Zealand and the US male job rates is approximately same, However female shows different rates that is 62,41 and 61 percentages respectively. Lastly in 1995 these three countries rates occupation seen highest in male as compare to female.
In summary, the male employment rate is higher than the female rate in both years across all six countries.
