In the year 2000, Germany’s expenditure was 70 million,after having a slight decrease from 2004 to 2010 the numbers went up and reached its peak at 80 million.Norway in 2000 was marked at 30 million showing the lowest results ,but between 2002 and 2010 had a great upward trend and took second place by spending just over 60 million.
Spain started its journey at above 50 million and in the next 6 years fluctuated sharply,so fro 2006 it levelled off at approximately 60,on the other hand Norway outnumbered Spain in 2008.Next,there was gradual growth in France money spending in whole decade started from 50 and ended at the same level as Norway.
