The chart displays the number of money spent for books in four european counries from 1995 to 2005.
Overall, all four countries increased their spendings on books, while Germany had the highest value in both years. The other significant feature of this graph is that Austria more than doubled their amount .
Germany had the biggest book expenses of $80 millions in 1995, and after some fluctuations remained the highest money spending nation on books with around $95 millions. Austria’s value was lower than any country, which only had just under $30 millions in 2005, however after dramatic growth between 2001 and 2003 they managed to exceed Italy with the spends of just over $70 millions.
Italians were spending around 50 million dollars, after some variations and a slight jump, despite their overall value increased to just over $60 million and they were the country which spent the least amount of money in 2015. France’s rate began the recorded period was just under $60 millions and this consistently grew year on year to just over $75millions.
