Germany had some fluctuations between 80 and 90 million dollars until 2003, before dramatically rocketing to $95 in 2005. The second-highest country’s (France) indications steadily increased at starting under $60 million in 1995, around 70 million dollars in 2001, and finally to roughly $78 million.
There was a significant rise in Italy’s spending amount of money to above $60 million in 2005, before some fluctuations between 50-60 million dollars for 8 years, since 1995. Australia showed a sharp climb from 30 to 40 million dollars between 1995 and 1999, before staying constant for 2 years. Moreover, Australia became to the third position from the last one, overtaking Italy’s index in the end of 2002 and achieving above $70 million in 2005.
