Overall, in terms of transporting tea, the UK had the highest amount, while Canada was the lowest importer of tea in that year. Notably, that the USA was also importing tea in large amounts.
The UK goverment was importing the biggest amount of tea in 2007, which was 160,000 tonnes. The USA was on the second place in importing tea, and in that year the amount of imported tea was 120,000 tonnes. Germany has imported 40,000 tonnes of tea in that year, which was almost the lowest country, but Canada has imported only 20,000 tonnes of tea.
In the import of coffee, Canada was the country with highest amount of imported coffee, and it was 80,000 tonnes. Meanwhile Germany transported almost 50,000 tonnes of coffee, which is similar to their importation of tea. The USA has imported only 40,000 tonnes of coffee in that year. And the UK has imported only 20,000 tonnes of coffee, even though the ampunt of imported tea was the highest in that year.
