The given column graph illustrates the comparison of primary school age 5-10) and lower secondary school (age 13-16) average class size between South Korea, Japan, UK, Denmark, Mexico, Iceland and World average in 2006. It is measured in percentages. Overall, it can be seen that South Korean schools are more specious in comparison to World average and others.
The students of primary school of the UK and Denmark were comparatively higher as compared to lower secondary school and this similar trend was seen also world class average. The class size of Mexico was steeply difference in primary school and lower secondary which account for over a fifth and almost a third respectively.
Among in South Korea, Japan, Mexico and Iceland, the smallest class room size was Iceland both of primary and lower secondary school. The Students number in Japan was as same as world class average, whereas Japan was at a higher rate of students (31%) at lower secondary school than that of world class average.
In conclusion, Japan, South Korea, Mexico and Iceland class size was larger in comparison to primary school. On the other hand, the UK, Denmark and World class primary school size was bigger than lower secondary school.
