The graph illustrates the different cheese consumption average per person in three different regions, which are: England, Scotland, Wales and, Nothern Ireland between 1980 to 2020.Overall, England was the most cheese-consuming country from 1980 to 2020, and Scotland and Wales were the moderate cheese-consuming countries and have some fluctuation in graph while, Northern Ireland was the least cheese-consuming region among them.
England people cheese eating average were more than 100 kilograms in 1980, but it reduced by the time and in 2020 the mean was more than 75 kilograms. Scotland people cheese-consuming were above 75 kilograms, after decade the average increased and it was more than 100 kilograms and then gradually decreased as the time passed, and became the lowest cheese-consuming region in 2020 which was above 50 kilograms. Wales chees-consuming average in 1980 was less than 50 kilograms, but its gradually increased and surpassed Scotland in 2000 and in the early 21st century the average was above 75 kilograms. Northern Ireland region was the least cheese cosumption region with average less than 25 kilograms which was consistently increased by the decades, and in 2010 the cheese consumption amount was above 50 kilograms and in 2020 the average surpassed Scotland and became 3rd most cheese eating region with average above 50 kilograms.
In conclusion, England was the only region from 18th century to 21st century with the title of most cheese-consuming country between mention countries, and Scotland was the least cheese-consuming region in 2020 while Wales and Northern Ireland increased throughout the time period and became moderate and slightly moderate respectively cheese-consuming regions.
