The cost of country A in 1997 shows about 150k dollars and when it reached to the 2000 year, it was dramatically grew up to the 520k between 2002and 2003.However,then it commenced to fell slightly and when it was reached approximately 490k it was again increased noticeably to the 550k in 2009, after that , it was countinued constantly fluctuation until the end of the period. In 1997 the average houses fee in country B indicated almost same price with country A but until the 2005 , it was considerably rose to the 300k . Despite the growth, it was dropped to the 250k in 2009 .Nevertheless,when it cames to 2014 , it was showed significant rose to the 500k dollars.

When it comes to country C , houses charge only showed fluctuation until 2007when it was reached 250k and after that , in following year it slightly fell to about 200k but it was again slightly increased to the 260k dollars until the end of the period.

Overall, Despite the growths in country A and country B , there were significant decreases and fluctuations in country C
