Overall, the usage of beef have declined steadily. Chicken, on the other hand, have had a linear increasing, whereas lamb had a fluctuated usage and fish kept a steady level of consumption.
Looking firstly at chicken, it had reasonable stable usage just over 150 grams per week and experienced some years and downs until 1999, where a drastic decrease occurred to reach about 100 grams in 2004. Chicken, on the other hand, had a consumption of about 150 grams per week, and more had more and more demand on it. It reached approximately 250 grams.
Lamb had had similar trends amount of usage as beef but with lower values; it started at about 150 grams weekly average in 1979 and kept some similar values till 1986, where it decreased to be below 100 grams in 2004.
