The Bar graph illustrate the ways of transportation chosen by European country travelers from 1950 to 1990.The data is presented in % format. It is evident from the graph that usages of Car have shot up to extreme in 1990 verses other modes of travelling.
In 1950, most of the travelers in European country prefers to walk (40%) , followed by Bike with 32% and then Bus and Car at 21% and 5%.Further in 1970, first preference for traveling was bus (31%) followed by car (28%). Bike travelers reduce to 23% and walking diminished more the half at 18%.
However, in 1990 pattern of traveling is totally changed, as we can see 65% of the total travelers preferred Car as compared to other three mode of traveling. Mode of bus transportation stood at 18%.Bike and Foot choices stood almost similar around 10%.
In Conclusion , we can see from the chart that in 40 years travelers preference totally changed. Initially people prefer to walk but later on in 1990 they prefer Car for traveling.
