The graph depicts the number of asking to tourist information workplace made by telephone, letter and email, and in individual between January 2001 and June 2001. Overall, number of enquires in person strongly increased higher than both by telephone and email/letter, and the opposite of rising tourism is by email and letter is decreased. From my perspective tourists are preferred asking by telephone and in person much more than by email and letter because it is convenience and fast response to save up more time.
Initially, asking by telephone is slightly dipped from January to March, and remain stabled to April. In addition, from April to middle of the year is steady increased. Next the email and letter is remained steady from January to March. Unfortunately between March and June is declined around 400 of enquires.
Furthermore, start from January in person is rised to 1200 in the past six months, which is aswsome while by email and letter is dropped 75% less compared from the start of January.
