The line graph illustrates the information about the number of requirement received by the Tourist Information Office in one particular city over 6 month during 2011. Overall, while enquiries received by letter or email experienced a downward trend, a clear upward trend can be seen in both in person and by telephone enquiries, especially in person which showed a significant growth.
Looking first at the number of requirement received by letter or email, this type of enquiries remained relatively stable at the first three months before decrease gradually throughtout the period, decreasing from around 790 in January to approximately 750 in March. The figure then declined to only around 390 at the end of period.
Turning to the remaining categories, in person skyrocketed over six months, rising from only around 410 in Junaury to around 1,900 in June, which was more than four-fold increase the initial figure. In addition, telephone was also incline, going up from around 900 at the beginning to around 1600 in June.
