The line graph provides information about the quantity of university graduates in Canada based on genders between 1992 and 2007.

Overall, it is clear that both genders had some fluctuations over the given period. At the end of the period, both experienced a remarkable growth compared to beginning of the period. However, female graduates’ numbers always outraced the numbers of male graduates.

From 1992 to 1995 female graduates showed a gradual increase approximately by 6000 graduates. But it declined to 100.00 graduates in 1997. After that, numbers remained steady till 1997. Then, it climbed to about 149.000 graduates and hit the highest point.

The numbers of male graduates started with nearly 70.000. In the subsequent years, it increased steadily. Nevertheless, in the years 1996, 1997 and 1998 numbers dropped to about 71.000. After 1998, it depicted a slight rise. Between 2001 to 2007, it showed an upward trend and reached its highest numbers around 97.000 being lower nearly twofold than the female graduates of university.
