The line graph gives information about the number of guests who visited to five different parks in the USA over a period of 20 years.
Overall, Yellowstone had the highest number of visitors, despite fluctuate falls throughout, whereas Zion experienced the smallest figure for visitors. It is clear that each national park saw an increase over the period.
In 2000, the number of visitors in Yellowstone started to grow, reaching just under 10 millions. Meanwhile, this was followed by Yosemite’s invitees, having gradual rise to 6 millions of people. The figure for individuals in Grand Canyon showed about 1 million rise, before experiencing significant growth for the rest of the period. In terms of Rocky Mountain and Zion’s guests, they both increased at the same speed, reaching 4 and 3 respectively in 2010.
Looking at the graph, Yellowstone’s visitors decreased sharply, before peaking at just over 10 millions. In contrast, the number of people in Yosemite remained stable (6 millions), despite experiencing an enormous decline to around 5 millions in 2015. Rocky Mountain’s invitees fell slightly, after reaching roughly 4 millions, while Zion’s visitors rose gradually to 4 millions, remaining the smallest park among other four parks. Although, the number of visitors in Yellowstone had a dramatic decrease, it remained the park, which had the highest number of visitors in the USA.
