Overall, The Louvre in France had the most visitors in every year among others, meanwhile, The Met which located in the USA had the least visitors during the period. All museums shows a similar pattern whereas the number of visitors grow until 2018 and falls significantly in the end of the period.
In 2015, The Louvre welcomed around 8.5 millions of visitors and the number continues to rise until it reaches 10.2 millions in 2018. Then, the number drops to 9.6 millions in 2019 and falls significantly to only 2.7 millions in 2020.
The British Museum in UK held approximately 6.3 millions of visitors in 2015 and grows to 7.3 millions in 2019. The number then sharply decreases to only 1.3 millions.
Lastly, The Met had the least visitors among them, ranging between 5.9 millions to 7.1 millions from 2015 to 2019 and dropped to 1.2 millions in 2020.
