Overall, Nature Sciences was the most chosen area qualification among both sexes, whereas the opposite was true for Linguistics. In Addtion, the biggest difference can be seen in the number of male and female enrolling in mathematics.
At 200 students, the number of male Mathematics scholars was almost as seven as many that of their female counterparts. Similarly, the figure for male psychlogy stood at 200 undergraduates , smaller gender gap than Mathematics, about 15 higher than that of females. Engineering and Programming attracted similar number of learners of both gender, standing at 150 males as opposed to about 75 females.
In contrast, the chart for female Linguistics stood at approximately 120 students, two times as many as that of males . The number of female and male undergraduates choosing Natural Sciences was the same at 200, making it the most chosen area of qualification for both genders.
