Overall, the data represents the participation of men, women, and the total number, where the trend line is gradually increasing for all the participants.
Although the number of entries in the initial year of 1924 was low for all three categories, not only did the total participants increase twice after 20 years, but the number of male participants also jumped up to approximately 5,000. Similarly, the female participation had also increased after each period of time from 1924 to 1984, and the same trend was observed for the other two categories as well. Moreover, in 1984, a sudden rise is observed in the women’s participation, as well as a slight uprise in the enrollment of men until 2004. As shown in the line graph, the combined participation of men and women peaked at around 12,000.
