Overall, initialy use of the low-fat Milk increased significantly, then stable in some years, then slightly decreased. On the other hand, in starting, people used number of gallons of whole milk but as a time declined sharply over the period.
In 1970, the citizens used low-fat milk opproximately 7 gallons (per capita), and increasing significantly and reaching at around about 14 gallons in 1990. From 1990 to 2010, the figure of low-fat milk remained stable, but slightly down during 2010 to 2015. In contrast, in 1970, the indviduals of the US used 25 gallons of whole milk, but decreased significantly from 25 to 10 gallons in 1970 to 2000, and again gradually down to just 5 gallons of whole milk in 2015.
