The graph compares the proportion of the number of graduated international students from eight Canadian universites such as New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Aberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland and labrador, and Ontario over a period of 7 years.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the number of international students in New Brunswick was the highest over a 7-year period. In contrast, the percentage of students in Alberta was the lowest in 2006 and Ontario was the lowest in 2001.
It is noticeable that the figures in British Columbia and Nova Scotia were a little over 10% and Niew Brunswick was a little under 12% in 2006. The percentage of students in Manitoba and Newfoundland were the same figures, comprises of 7% in 2006 and 3% in 2001. In 2001, the proportion of students was 6% and above in Qurbac, Nova Scotia and Niew Brunswick, which were 6% and a slightly over 6% respectively. The figure in Ontario was the lowest, at 3% in 2001, while Alberta was a slight over 4% in 2006.
