Overall, it is apparent that telephone and CD player exhibited an upward trend throughout the years. However, Internet and telephone was soared significantly but started from lower point.
Telephone accounted for only 20 per cent in 1997. However, in the following years, telephone jumped dramatically from 40 per cent to nearly 80 per cent. That means there was experienced a twofold increase between 2000 and 2001 and finished with approximately 80 per cent at the end of the period. Besides, internet was the lowest point and had climbed from 10 per cent to nearly 60 per cent over the 4 years.
Conversely, people used CD player 60% in 1997 and it was the highest point comparing to other types of technology, but throughout the years it fluctuated slightly. Although it increased moderately, it was still the high ranking.
