The bar graph describes the figure of part-time workers who worked in 4 different cities of the United Kingdom in 1980 and 2010. Overall, it can be clearly seen from the chart that there was an upward trend in most of the countries but a downward trend in that of the Northern Ireland over the given period.

In detail, looking at the rate of people pratice in England, the rate of workers recoreded just over 30% in 2010 and this was relatively bigger than the figure in 1980 with 25. In Scotland, people made up a larger proportion with 19% in 2010 compared to the rate of people in 1980 with approximately 11%. Furthermore, we can see another growth and the amount of part-time workers in Wales in 2010 with 35%, surpassing that of in 1980 with 31%.

Turning to the other area, the Northern Ireland, however, the opposite trend holds true. Its rate slighty decreased from 15% in 1980 to its dip with 12% in 2010.
