Overall, we can see maximum and minimum percent between this time. The minimum percentage of urban was in 1999 about 15%. And the minimum of rural at the same time was about 2%. The maximum was in 2004, the percentage maximum of urban was 55% and of rural was about 35%.
A big increase of urban was between 1999 and 2002 from 15% to 50% and then the small growth from 2002 to 2004. The slight growth of rural was between 1999 and 2004 from 2% to 35%.
In the end, the access to Internet in 2004 was in every second house. This is a good increase in 5 years.
