The given graph illustrates data depicting seven different stages of bricks manufacturing for the constructional industry.
Overall, it is evident that the whole process commences from digging and claying the soil and ends with delivery of bricks to factories or manufactories.
With regard to the preparing process, firstly digger clay the soil, then metal grid is grinded and laid on a roller. Further, this stuff is mixed with sand and water and after this procedure the stuff either go through wire cutler or mould. After all, bricks are brought to special places and reserved at drying oven for one or two days.
But it is not enough, so the bricks are required to be delivered to kilns where they start from moderate temperatures in range of 200 to 980 degrees, then proceed with higher temperatures which are from 870 to 1300 degrees and this stage ends with cooling chamber, where bricks are located for two or three days. And only after all this stages bricks are ready to be packed and carried to their customers.
