The pie charts illustrate the information about Qatari import totals (in tonnes) for different varieties of vegetables, namely spinach, broccoli, garlic, peas and ginger; between 1980 and 2020.
Overall it is clear that all figures remained stable, with spinach which import numbers by far were the most high during 40yeaes, in comparison with other figures.
Starting from 1980, 500 tonnes of spinach was imported spinach, whereas figures for garlic, ginger and broccoli were estimated 300-200 tonnes , while imported peas with 150 tonnes was the smallest during 40 years.
In 2000 numbers of spinach quite reduced, while other figures became more imported, starting with 360 to 230 tonnes per year. Figures for the year of 2020 were slighly different with the most imported vegetable from the list, was garlic with 400 imported tonnes, overgoing spinach numers which were reduced to 350 tonnes, while remaining greens’ figure for this year remained stable.
