Overall, people were the most pleased with Holly Ward as it had the highest results in each category. However, satisfaction with Maple Ward is the lowest, while Oak Ward is in the middle.
In terms of the Holly Ward, all categories were evaluated as the best compared to Maple and Oak Wards. The highest point is the quality of treatment (90% of patients were satisfied), while the lowest is the waiting time (around 75% people). Maple and Oak Wards have approximately the same level of satisfaction with waiting time (around 55% of patients who replied “very good”).
Regarding other categories, polled were more pleased with the quality of aftercare and the hospital staff of Oak Ward compared to Maple Ward (almost 70% and just over 50% of patients were satisfied respectively). The quality of treatment in Oak Ward is higher than in Maple ward, numbering 80% of people.
