Regarding Oak ward, in three out of four subjects that measured, it gains positive review. Hospital staff, Quality of treatment and Quality of aftercare are the sections where this hospital are best at just under 70 percent, at 80 percent and at 70 percent, respectively. unfortunately, waiting time is the part which just slightly above 50 percent of patients are satisfied.
If we look at Maple ward, we can see it is the worst hospital among these hospitals. The most satisfied part of the hospital is the quality of treatment at just 70 percent. In other three parts, it gains positive review at around 50 percent.
