Overall, it is evident that birth rate has shown variations and was highest in 1970s. On the other hand the death rate remains between 6 million and 8 million with a prediction to reach 8 million by 2050.
In 1990 the birth rate falls down just below 6 million and after that it seems to remain constant without any raise and fall. The death rate with its constant flow seems to be coinciding with birth from 2010 to 2030. However, a sharp raise is expected by 2050 – which seems to be touch the 8 million mark, and would be the highest in the 100 years period. This predicts that population number between 2030 and 2050 may decline as the birth rate seems to be constant.
