The given line graph compares the total revenue of three pizza shops (Pizza Hut, Domino Pizza and The Pizza Company) from Vietnam in 2017. From the graph, it is evident that The Pizza Company made the most profit among the three shops.
In January, The Pizza Company’s sales were nearly 35 million US$, followed by the income generated by Domino Pizza, which was just above 30 million US$. Compared to these two franchises Pizza Hut’s revenue was considerably lower at around 15 million US$. Both Pizza Company and Domino faced a sharp decrease in sale during the month of February. The sales diminished by more than half the amount it was in January. On the other hand Pizza Hut also faced a downward slope from 15 to just above 5 million US$. After that The Pizza Company remarkably fought back by increasing sales in the upcoming months generating their all time best revenue of 40 million US$ in between July and August. Domino Pizza also followed their trail and continued gaining returns.In December, the profit rate of Pizza Company and Domino were almost same, where Domino followed the rising trend. The Pizza Hut never really caught up with the other two shops and ended the year with a diminishing trend with just a few sales below 5million US$.
Overall The Pizza Company ruled the market throughout the year followed by Domino Pizza. But Pizza hut did not quite live up to the expectations and ended the year miserably.
