In the USA, the percentage for unemployment was about 4% that steadily increased until 2003 and reached roughly 6% and for the next 4 years there was a slow decrease,for the next 3 years the amount went up sharply and recorded the peak,almost 10% then,for the next 9 years of period there was a decrease of approximately 7%of unemployent rate and for the last year in the chart the ratio climbed rapidly and reached over 8.

In the UK, the unemployment ratio was about 5.5 in the year 2000. From 2000 to 2008 there was a fluctuation in the amount of unemployment.Moreover, for the next year there was a very sharp increase,was about 5.5 to over 7.5. Following this, the proportion for the unemployment climbed very steadily,over 7.5 to 8% for the next two years.
