The graph illustrates the number of Venezuelan students who visited three different countries, namely, London, Paris, and Rome from 2011 to 2014.
Overall, there is a significant increase in the number of students who visited Paris and London from 2011 to 2014 while slight decrease was observed to the number of those who visited Rome between those years. Also, the graph shows the same trend to the number of students who visited Paris and London where there is a sharp rise from 2012-2013 followed by a small decrease the following year.
From 2011 to 2013, there is a steady rise in the number of student visitors who visited Paris and London which in fact the latter maintained a steady rise all throughout the 4-year duration. The highest number of visitors was recorded in Paris in 2013 where the figure doubled from 10,000 in 2011 to 20,000. A considerable decrease can be seen though between 2013 to 2014 for the two countries mentioned above. On the other hand, fluctuations of the number of Rome’s student visitors were recorded each year. From around 18,000 in 2011 then there’s a sudden decrease to around 12,000 in 2012 followed by a sudden rise again back to the previous estimated number then a slight decrease in 2014.
Moreover, the number of students who visited Rome and Paris started with an opposite trend in 2011 but followed the same path starting 2012 until 2014. From below 15,000 students in 2012, the number soared up to roughly 18,000 in Rome and 20,000 in Paris during year 2013. This was then followed by a gradual decrease in 2014 where the number fell down by about 2,000 to both countries.
