The line graph presents UK acid rain emissions,measured in millions of tones from 1990 to 2007 in 4 different sectors.
Overall,all sectors experienced downward trend,except transport and communication sector.The largest amount of acid rain emissions at the beginning was in electricity,gas and water supply but at the end of period it fell to third position.It was also negative changes whole time in domestic sector,which started and ended with lowest level of acid rain emissions.
In 1991,transport and communication was as in the same position as domestic with about 0.7 and 0.6 millions of tones.Electricity,gas and water supply and other industries started with about 3.3 and 2.1 millions of tones.Between 1993 and 1995,all sectors,except transport and communication emission, started to drop.
In 2007,most of acid rain emissions was reduced in electricity,gas and water supply from about 1.8 in 1995 to 0.5 millions of tones at the end of period.Despite negative trend,transport and communication fluctuated,as result It came to as same position as at the beginning of period.Other industries and domestic rain acid emissons went down with about 1.3 and 0.3 millions of tones.
